Definition: G10 Epoxy Sheet (G10 FR-4) is a rigid insulating material made of electronic grade alkali-free glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin and cured by high temperature and high pressure lamination, which meets the NEMA LI 1-1991 standard
G10 Epoxy Sheet Core composition:
Base material: E-glass glass fiber cloth (containing SiO₂≥52%)
Resin: brominated epoxy resin (flame retardant, bromine content ≥18%)
Process: vacuum pressing + thermal curing (temperature 150-170℃, pressure 20-30MPa).
