Tong Chao, the general manager of Hangzhou Weshare Import and Export Co., Ltd., was born in Hangzhou in 1982. He graduated from Hangzhou Shuren University in 2003, majoring in information technology. In 2004, he began working in the export of transformer insulation materials, primarily serving multinational companies such as ABB and ISOWOLTA. During this period, he maintained strong relationships with Spanish customers.
Hangzhou Weshare Import and Export Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, with Tong Chao holding 100% of the shares. After many years of experience in traditional export companies, Tong Chao recognized the need to "go global" and develop new customers.
Under Tong Chao's leadership, Hangzhou Weshare's supply chain has become increasingly robust, customer loyalty has improved, and the customer complaint rate has gradually declined.
