G11 Epoxy Glass Laminate Sheets (G11 FR-5) is a rigid insulating material made of high-purity alkali-free glass fiber cloth as reinforcement material, impregnated with high-temperature resistant epoxy resin, and laminated under high temperature and high pressure.
Customization flexibility: support non-standard size (maximum 2500mm×1200mm), special-shaped cutting
Substrate: S-glass or high-silica glass fiber (SiO₂≥60%, compared to 52% in G10's E-glass)
Resin: modified multifunctional epoxy resin (with improved temperature resistance)
Process: step-by-step gradient heating and pressing
