Feature
1/High conductivity and durability
Our Enameled Copper Magnet Wire are made of 99.9% pure copper to ensure excellent electrical conductivity, with a conductivity as high as ≥97% IACS, greatly improving equipment efficiency and stability. Compared with low-purity copper wires on the market, it provides lower resistance and higher energy efficiency.
2/Excellent insulation performance and high temperature resistance
Polyester enamelled copper wire has high temperature grades such as 155°C and 180°C, and is suitable for operation in high temperature environments. It is especially suitable for transformers, motors and other equipment to avoid damage to the insulation layer under high temperature conditions.
3/Adopt precision coating technology
We use fully automatic painting equipment to ensure that every meter of copper wire is coated evenly and has a stable thickness. The outer paint thickness tolerance is controlled at ±0.003mm, which reduces electrical failures caused by uneven coating.
