Mica tape
Phlogopite mica tape for fire-resistant cable is made of high quality phlogopite mica paper as the base material, with alkali-free glass fibre cloth or polymer film (e.g. PE) as the reinforcing material on one or both sides. The final product is obtained by bonding with silicone resin, followed by high temperature baking, drying and slitting. The mica tape is mainly used between the core and the sheath of fire-resistant cables to perform the function of fire-resistant insulation.

Rigid Mica Plate
Rigid Mica Plate are mica laminates designed for providing outstanding electrical insulation at high temperature, which consist of approximately 90 % muscovite(or phlogopite) and 10% high temperature resistant silicone resin.
R-5660-H series of Rigid Mica Plate are mainly used in domestic application (such as clothes irons, hair dryers, toaster, kettles, cooking appliances, microwave oven, air heater, etc.)and industrial heating applications (such as wound heater elements, cylindrical resistance heaters, metallurgy industry for intermediate frequency furnace, arc furnace, etc.).

Flexible Mica Plate are mica laminates designed for providing outstanding electrical insulation at high temperature, which consist of approximately 90 % muscovite(or phlogopite) and 10% high temperature resistant silicone resin.
R-5660-S series of Flexible Mica Plate are flexible and elastic at room temperature. This product can be folded dozens of times, curled into various shapes and placed under heavy loads without breaking. R-5660-S series of Flexible Mica Plate are mainly used in heat guns, hair dryers, fan heaters, circuit breakers, transformers, electric furnaces, generator, magnetic coil, coil insulation, etc.

Mica paper
Mica tube is formed by muscovite paper or phlogopite paper fixed with silicon resin, and processed by roll form. It has good dielectric capability and excellent mechanical strength, and often used as the insulating tube form material in all kinds of electric equipments, motors, furnaces, electric-arc furnaces, other metallurgy industry equipments.

Excellent Temperature Resistance
Mica has a low thermal expansion coefficient and is not prone to expansion or contraction at high temperatures. Even in high-temperature environments,mica sheets can maintain high stability. For example, phlogopite sheets can withstand temperatures up to 1000°C, while muscovite sheets typically withstand temperatures between 500-700°C.
Excellent Electrical Insulation
Mica has a compact molecular structure with very few free electrons, resulting in extremely low leakage current even in high-temperature environments.
