Electrical Insulating densified wood for transformer is used as insulation and support components in transformers and transformers, as well as pressure plates and clamps for coils. It has good insulation performance and high strength. Electrical Insulating densified wood for transformer used by electricians is mostly made of high-quality birch from Northeast China, impregnated with insulating resin and thermally laminated.

 

After integrating the base material, primary soaking and secondary soaking, rotary cutting, veneer drying, veneer shearing and repair, gluing and blank assembly (crisscross, cross, parallel blank assembly methods according to the wood grain, high pressure pressing) , pre-pressing hot pressing and other process production. After cutting, drilling, grinding and other processes, it can be used in the electrical equipment we need.

 

Product advantages

1. Excellent electrical insulation performance
It is made of high-quality insulating impregnated paper and thermosetting resin, with good dielectric strength and insulation resistance, suitable for use as support and insulation structural materials in high-voltage or medium-voltage electrical equipment.

2. Excellent mechanical strength and durability
The laminated structure provides excellent bending strength, impact resistance and creep performance, can withstand high mechanical loads for a long time, and is widely used in transformer pressure plates, clamps, conductive bar supports and other components.

3. Excellent heat resistance
Common grades such as F grade (155℃) or H grade (180℃) can work stably for a long time in high-temperature electrical equipment, and are not easy to deform, delaminate or carbonize.

4. Strong dimensional stability and good processing performance
After hot pressing, the dimensions are stable and easy to saw, mill, drill and other processes. It is suitable for customized structural parts to meet customer drawing requirements.

should be stored in a clean and dry room with temperature not exceeding 40℃ and should be laid flat wise on a stepping-board which is at least 50mm from the ground, never close to fre source, heat source and protected against moisture.
