Product Description
Fr4 Laminated Fiberglass Sheets is a rigid insulating material made of electronic grade alkali-free glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin and cured by high temperature and high pressure lamination, which meets the NEMA LI 1-1991 standard.
Fr4 Laminated Fiberglass Sheets certification standards:
- UL 94 V-0 flame retardant certification
- RoHS 2.0 environmental certification (lead and cadmium content <0.01%)
- IPC-4101 electronic substrate standard
