Description
Mica Tape Insulation is made of polyester film as the reinforcing material and epoxy adhesive paint as the adhesive.
It is a powdered mica tape that is finally cured after being treated with a compatible impregnated resin through a vacuum pressure impregnation insulation process.
The product has good softness in normal state, high mica content, excellent electrical properties, and good mechanical strength.
It is suitable for vacuum pressure impregnated insulation of large and medium-sized high-voltage motor coils in the VPI process.
Temperature resistance level: long-term temperature resistance 180℃ (H grade), short-term temperature resistance 220℃
Dielectric strength: ≥35kV/mm (1 minute withstand voltage test)
Thickness range: 0.10mm~0.30mm (tolerance ±0.02mm)
Tensile strength: longitudinal ≥80N/cm (ASTM D828)
