Insulating mica sheet
Mica electric heating plates are also called mica heating plates, mica electric heating films, mica heating sheets, and high-temperature heating flats. Mica electric heating plates make full use of the high-temperature resistance and electrical insulation properties of mica. They use mica sheets as the base substrate to wrap the heating wire around or clamp it. Pressed into it, or formed by pressing between two mica layers and an etched foil element. By clamping the mica hot plate tightly to the radiator, the mica hot plate provides the optimal temperature and power needed to warm up quickly. The metal foil is a nickel-chromium alloy material with a thickness of only 10-50 μm. The insulation layer can be selected according to conditions such as heating temperature and use environment.
High-temperature electric heating mica plates can be made into heating devices in various shapes such as plate, sheet, cylindrical, conical, cylindrical, and circular shapes. The design power is up to 1000W and the temperature resistance is 600℃.
