-Insulator cleaning
In wet weather, dirty insulators are prone to flashover discharge, so they must be cleaned to restore the original insulation level. In general, the area is cleaned once a year, and the dirty area is cleaned twice a year (once before the fog season).
1. Power outage cleaning
Power outage cleaning is to wipe the pole with a rag after the power failure of the line. If it is not clean, it can be wiped with a damp cloth, or it can be scrubbed with detergent, if it is not clean, the insulator should be replaced or replaced with a synthetic insulator.
2. Cleaning without power failure
Generally, an insulating rod equipped with a brush or tied with cotton yarn is used to wipe the insulator on the running line. The electrical performance and effective length of the insulating rod used, the distance between the person and the live part, should comply with the provisions of the corresponding voltage level, and the operation must be supervised by a special person.
3. Flush with electric water
There are two methods: large water flushing and small water flushing. The flushing water, the effective length of the operating rod, and the distance between the person and the live part must meet the requirements of the industry regulations.
