1. Electrical Laminated Wood Board
Brief Introduction
Electrical laminated wood board is a core insulating and supporting material widely used in transformers and instrument transformers. It features moderate specific gravity, high mechanical strength, excellent vacuum drying performance, and easy machinability. Its dielectric constant is close to transformer oil, ensuring optimized insulation coordination, and it can operate continuously in transformer oil at 105℃.
Key Applications:
Oil-immersed transformers: Upper/lower pressure plates, lead brackets, yoke spacer blocks
Instrument transformers: Clamps and structural supports
Replaces steel plates, insulating paperboards, epoxy paperboards, and epoxy glass cloth laminates to reduce transformer weight and material costs
Manufacturing Process:Made from high-quality hardwoods (birch, maple, ash), the raw material undergoes cooking, rotary cutting, and drying to form veneers. After being coated with a special insulating adhesive, the veneers are pressed and cured under high temperature and pressure.

2. Scarf-Joint Electrical Laminated Wood Board
Ordinary electrical laminated wood boards use overlapping joints between veneers, which may lead to uneven density, inconsistent internal stress, and internal air holes.
To solve these issues and improve product performance, Weshare adopts domestically advanced veneer grinding and lengthening equipment. Each veneer is precision ground and then scarf-jointed at a 7-degree angle to form continuous full-size veneers. Laminated wood boards pressed from these full veneers eliminate the defects of traditional lap-joint products, significantly improving mechanical strength and electrical performance to meet the technical requirements of high-voltage transformers.
3. X-Shape One-Time Pressed Transformer Pressure Ring
Brief Introduction
Pressure rings are critical insulating components in transformers, requiring high mechanical and electrical performance.
Traditional laminated wood pressure rings are processed from standard boards, where veneers are stacked with perpendicular fiber directions. This causes significant variation in vertical bending strength along the radial direction, with a maximum deviation of 70%, which is disadvantageous for resisting electrodynamic forces and ensuring transformer safety.
Weshare Innovative Technology
Weshare has developed a patented one-time forming process for pressure rings (Patent No.: ZL 02 1 16076.7):
Veneers are arranged with an "X" fiber orientation along the radial direction
One-time hot pressing into circular blanks
Precision machining via CNC woodworking centers
Key Features
High overall mechanical strength and elastic modulus
Uniform vertical bending strength at all radial points
For rings with density ≥1.1 g/cm³, radial bending strength exceeds 120 MPa
Maximum finished diameter up to 2400mm (customizable)
