Transformer Silicon Steel Sheet is mainly made of laminated silicon steel sheets.
Silicon steel sheet is a steel sheet with a silicon content of 0.8-4.8% and has strong magnetic permeability. In transformers, silicon steel sheets can produce a large magnetic induction intensity, and their performance can determine the size of the transformer. The silicon steel sheet determines the power loss of the transformer, and its size and shape are important factors affecting power loss. Theoretically, the thinner the silicon steel sheets and the narrower the spliced strips, the better the effect.
Transformer Silicon Steel Sheet Orientation Type:
CGO (Conventional Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel): B8 = 1.88T, suitable for 50Hz transformers
HiB (High Magnetic Induction Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel): B8 = 1.92T, used for high-efficiency transformers
Surface Treatment:
Inorganic Coating: Temperature resistance up to 800°C, thickness 3-5μm
Semi-Organic Coating: Improves the lubricity of punched sheets by 30%
