Phenolic Cotton Laminated Sheet, also known as phenolic cotton paperboard, phenolic cloth board, phenolic laminated cloth board, is an industrial insulating material that is made by impregnating cotton cloth with phenolic resin and then hot-pressing and curing it. It has excellent mechanical strength, electrical insulation performance and processability, and is widely used in electrical insulation, mechanical processing, mold making and other fields.

It is a rigid board made of pure cotton cloth (or fine cotton gauze) as a reinforcing substrate, impregnated with phenolic resin, laminated and pressed at high temperature. Because its structure is similar to the composite of "cloth + glue + lamination", it has good machinability and insulation properties.

Phenolic Cotton Laminated Sheet packaged in wooden crates, wooden framed cases or other strong enough materials covered with moisture-proof materialoutside.Gross weight of each package not exceeds 3000kgs.
Storage
Phenolic cotton cloth laminated sheet should be stored in a clean and dry room with temperature not exceeding 40℃ and should be laid flat wise on a stepping-board which is at least 50mm from the ground, never close to fre source, heat source and protected against moisture.
