Insulation Laminated Wood for Transformers , also known as laminated densified wood (LDW), is an insulating and structural material specifically designed for power transformers and large electrical equipment. Made from birch wood, it's resin-impregnated and laminated under high temperature and high pressure, resulting in excellent mechanical strength and insulation properties.
This material is widely used in the transformer industry, primarily in clamps, supports, spacers, and plywood.

Insulation Laminated Wood for Transformer packaged in wooden crates, wooden framed cases or other strong enough materials covered with moisture-proof materialoutside.
Gross weight of each package not exceeds 3000kgs.




Storage
Insulation Laminated Wood should be stored in a clean and dry room with temperature not exceeding 40℃ and should be laid flat wise on a stepping-board which is at least 50mm from the ground, never close to fre source, heat source and protected against moisture.
