Our Electrical Insulation Laminated Wood Nuts and Bolts are purpose-built fasteners for oil-immersed power transformers, engineered to combine exceptional electrical insulation with robust mechanical performance.
Made of European imported high-quality beech sheet, the material is first processed into rubber-dipped pressed slabs, then precision-machined using complete sets of automatic tapping machines and other advanced equipment. For round rod applications, we also use Russian imported birch veneer pressed into solid round rods, ensuring consistent quality from raw material to finished part.
The result is fasteners with excellent insulation performance, outstanding bending resistance, and high tensile strength, widely trusted for transformer fastener applications. Our core line of laminated wood nuts and bolts is available in specifications from M8 to M20, backed by our own patented production technology. We also offer round rod stock from 6mm to 25mm in diameter to support custom machining needs.
