Mica Parts Description
Mica parts are custom insulation components made from natural muscovite/phlogopite, processed through sorting, flaking, hot pressing, and other techniques to meet the ASTM D3517 standard. The typical thickness tolerance is ±0.02mm (measured with a Mitutoyo digital micrometer), and they can withstand continuous working temperatures ranging from 600 to 1000°C (UL 94 V-0 certification).
