Manufacturing Process:
-Pulp sheeting into insulation board blanks
-Multi-layer lamination
-High-temperature and high-pressure hot pressing
-Fine processing and cutting into various thicknesses and sizes
Thickness Range: Generally 0.5 mm – 50 mm
Commonly found in oil-immersed and dry-type transformers, they are primarily used for:
Interwinding insulation, support plates, spacers, clamps and pull plates, barrier plates, retaining rings and partitions, and end supports and structural components for electrical equipment.
