Products Description
Pressboard for Transformer is a high-density electrical insulation material made from 100% high-purity unbleached kraft wood pulp. It is formed into a uniform and dense board through multi-layer pressing and high-temperature and high-pressure curing. It is designed for power equipment such as high-voltage transformers, mutual inductors, and reactors, and serves as both mechanical support and electrical isolation within the equipment.
Manufacturing Process:
-Pulp is sheeted into insulating paperboard blanks.
-Multiple layers are laminated.
-High-temperature and high-pressure hot pressing is used to form the blanks.
-Precision cutting into various thicknesses and sizes is performed.
Thickness : Generally 0.5 mm – 50 mm.
Color: Brown.
