Electrical Insulating Paper for Transformer is a critical cellulose-based insulation material widely used in oil-immersed and dry-type transformers. It forms the foundation of the oil–paper insulation system, directly affecting transformer safety, service life, and operational reliability.
Our insulating paper is engineered not just to meet basic electrical requirements, but to address the real concerns of transformer manufacturers, EPC contractors, and power equipment buyers.
First, electrical-grade materials must meet the following requirements: high dielectric strength, high purity, low impurities, high compatibility with transformer oil, and long-term resistance to heat and aging.
Standard electrical insulating paper: Class A 105°C
Thermally stable insulating paper (TUP): Class A+ / 130°C 120–130°C
