Insulating aramid paper:
Insulation Aramid paper for motor made of meta-aramid fiber through a wet molding process. It has high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength and excellent electrical insulation. It is widely used in motors, transformers and aerospace equipment.
Insulation Aramid paper for motor parameters (according to IEC 60626 standard):
- Temperature resistance level: long-term 220℃ (H grade), short-term 240℃
- Dielectric strength: ≥35kV/mm (1 minute withstand voltage test)
- Thickness range: 0.05mm~0.50mm (tolerance ±0.005mm)
- Tensile strength: longitudinal ≥80N/cm (ASTM D828)

Fiber type:
Nomex® type (DuPont patent, temperature resistance 220℃, high cost)
Domestic aramid type (temperature resistance 200℃, good cost performance)
Functional treatment:
Epoxy resin pre-impregnation (moisture resistance improved, water absorption rate <0.5%)
Flame retardant coating (oxygen index >32%)
Conventional specifications:
Thickness: 0.1mm (interlayer insulation of high-frequency transformer), 0.25mm (motor slot wedge)
Width: 500mm~1000mm (cutting accuracy ±0.2mm)
