AHA insulation paper flexible laminate is a three-layer flexible composite material, made by laminating polyimide film with hot-rolled aramid paper on both sides.

The insulation performance of AHA Insulation paper is the same as NHN, but the price is cheaper than NHN.

AHA-H consists of gold polyimide film, covered on both sides with aramid paper manufactured in China.

Product advantages

1/AHA insulation paper has excellent insulating properties. The core layer of the product is a high-temperature-resistant polyimide (PI) film, which enhances insulation and protects transformer windings.

2/It has excellent high-temperature resistance, with a continuous operating temperature of 155°C.

3/It also offers high stability and long aging resistance. While the service life of ordinary insulation paper is typically 3–5 years, AHA can last around 10 years, based on our product testing and customer feedback.
