High voltage porcelain insulator (commonly known as porcelain bottles) are composed of two parts:
A porcelain part and a metal part, glued together with cement adhesive in the middle.
The porcelain part ensures that the insulator has good electrical insulation strength, and the hardware is used to fix the insulator. Because the main working environment of our insulators is outdoors, affected by weather and air pollution, pollutants or dust will accumulate on the surface of the insulator, reducing the insulation level of the insulator.
Hangzhou Weshare provides complete transformer bushings, and can also provide porcelain insulators/brass connection terminals separately.
