Description
PTFE Tape (Teflon Coated Glass Tape):
A flexible insulating sealing material made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin by calendering and stretching process, it has extremely low friction coefficient, high temperature resistance and chemical inertness, and is widely used in pipeline sealing, electrical insulation and food-grade contact scenarios.
Teflon Coated Glass Tape Key parameters (according to ASTM D3308 standard):
Temperature range: -200℃~260℃ (short-term 300℃)
Dielectric strength: ≥6kV/mm (0.1mm thickness)
Thickness range: 0.04mm~0.25mm (tolerance ±0.005mm)
Friction coefficient: ≤0.05 (ASTM D1894)
