Conductivity: ≥100% IACS (international annealed copper standard), measured resistivity 1.724×10⁻⁸Ω·m (silicon steel resistivity is about 4.6×10⁻⁷Ω·m, 28 times worse conductivity).
Current carrying capacity: 1mm² cross-sectional area can carry 10A current (JIS H3100 standard).
Tensile strength: Hard state (H state) ≥350MPa, soft state (O state) ≥200MPa (ASTM B370). Temperature resistance: Long-term working temperature ≤150℃, short-term overload temperature resistance 300℃ (UL certification).
Corrosion resistance: Salt spray test ≥48h without oxidation (ASTM B117 standard).
