Definition of 630A 35kV Deadbreak Rear Connector:
It is a medium voltage cable connector for 35kV voltage level and 630A high current system, used to connect cables to electrical equipment such as transformers, ring network cabinets, switchgear, etc. It has a rear plug-in (rear) and break (deadbreak) structure, and is pluggable, fully insulated, fully sealed, and can be operated with power on.

Structure

2. EPDM Insulation
High-quality sulfur-cured EPDM insulation is mixed and formulated in-house to maintain complete control over insulating rubber characteristics and long-term reliability.
3. Semi-Conductive Insert
Molded EPDM conductive rubber screen effectively controls electrical stress within the connector structure.
4. Grounding Eye
Molded into the external screen for secure connection of an earthing (grounding) wire, ensuring operational safety.
5. Stress Relief
The configuration of the outer screen and cable adapter provides effective cable stress relief, reducing mechanical strain at the termination point.
6. Conductor Cable Lug
Aluminum compression connector is precisely sized to ensure cool operation and maximum current transfer capacity.
7. Insulating Plug
Molded epoxy insulating plug provides excellent electrical, thermal, and mechanical reliability under operating conditions.
8. Two-Head Screw
Designed to ensure secure and reliable contact with the apparatus bushing, maintaining stable electrical connection.
