Hangzhou Weshare reached an order for transformer wheels with a European customer on the evening of April 15, 2025. The project communication started in December 24 and lasted until April 15, which took 4 months and was finally completed.
The customer sent us an inquiry in early December. Our salesperson received the customer carefully and clarified the customer's needs through the customer's description.
In the initial communication, the customer expressed the requirements for the load-bearing capacity and diameter of the transformer wheel
We designed a preliminary transformer wheel for the customer and sent the sample to the customer for free.
In mid-December, the customer started his vacation. During the Christmas season, the salesperson thoughtfully prepared a panda pendant for the customer to celebrate Christmas, and asked the customer when to return to work and prepare to send the sample.
The customer returned to work in early January and received our samples. We immediately arranged for the technicians to test the product. The test results met the customer's needs.
The customer expressed approval of our transformer wheel, but suggested that the appearance of the transformer wheel could be adjusted.
The customer believed that the paint color on the surface of the wheel was not uniform and could be improved to be more beautiful.
After receiving the feedback from the customer, we immediately arranged for the production department to remake the product and sent the sample to the customer.
In mid-March, the customer received the second sample and said that everything was satisfactory. The customer began to draft a cooperation contract.
On March 25, the two parties confirmed the cooperation.
The order was shipped from the port on April 15. We are very happy to serve our customers and continue to operate with the concept of customer needs first.
