Weshare has officially opened its insulation material sample room to help customers verify texture, thickness, color, surface finish and machining quality before placing bulk orders. The sample room supports faster material selection and reduces uncertainty for OEM and industrial procurement projects.

For insulation materials, datasheets alone are often not enough. Physical samples allow buyers, engineers and purchasing teams to check material consistency, surface quality and thickness tolerance before confirming specifications.

Hangzhou Weshare Import & Export Co., Ltd. has completed the reorganization of its insulation material sample room. The room is now open to customers for grade comparison, sample selection and pre-order verification.
The room holds labeled reference specimens of the laminated and pultruded insulation materials Weshare supplies to transformer manufacturers, switchgear builders and industrial customers. Specimens are arranged by material family rather than by catalogue number.

The current display covers:
Epoxy glass laminate (G10, G11 and GB-grade 3240): round rod, hexagonal bar, flat strip and wound tube
Phenolic paper laminate and phenolic cotton cloth laminate: rod, tube and machined ring
FRP pultruded rod
Machined insulation components: support spacers, rings and custom profiles
Each specimen carries a tag with grade, nominal dimension and surface finish.
What you can check by hand, and what comes on paper
Handling the specimens lets you assess colour consistency between batches, surface finish and pin holes, weave visibility, straightness, wall thickness, and the weight of a section in the hand. Dielectric strength, flexural strength, water absorption and oil resistance cannot be judged by eye, and we do not ask you to judge them that way. Those values come from our test reports, which ship with every sample.
Comparing Grades and Sectioned Parts
Grouping by material lets a customer place a G10 rod beside a 3240 rod of the same diameter and read the difference in colour, weave and surface within a few seconds. Sectioned rings show wall thickness, concentricity and layer build-up directly; machined faces show how a grade behaves under turning and milling, including edge condition and thread quality.
By handling the specimens, a buyer can assess colour consistency, surface finish and pin holes, weave visibility, straightness, wall thickness and the weight of a section in the hand. Dielectric strength, flexural strength, water absorption and oil resistance are not judged by eye - those values are confirmed by test data supplied with the sample.
Sample Preparation
Sample requests are handled as small orders. The drawing or grade list is confirmed first, material is cut from current production stock to the requested length and quantity, dimensions are checked, and each piece is labeled before packing.
Samples are normally prepared within 5 working days after confirmation. Where test data is available for the grade, it is issued together with the sample.
Packaging and Delivery
Long rods and tubes are bundled and supported to limit bending during transport. Cut rings and small spacers are packed separately to prevent edge chipping. Moisture protection is applied where the grade requires it.
Samples are shipped by international courier, and larger evaluation sets are consolidated into a single consignment to keep freight and customs handling manageable.

The sample room currently covers laminated and pultruded profiles. Other insulation materials in our range - transformer insulation paper, pressboard and flexible laminates such as DMD, NMN and NHN - are available on request.
Weshare supplies electrical insulation materials and transformer components to transformer manufacturers, distributors and industrial customers, and supports specification confirmation and customized supply arrangements for project orders.
