Insulation Flexible Mica plates is a high-temperature insulation material manufactured from mica paper bonded with a heat-resistant binder. Unlike rigid mica boards, it offers excellent flexibility and can be bent, wrapped, punched, or cut into custom shapes without cracking.

The material combines the electrical insulation properties of mica with the processing advantages required for heating equipment, electrical assemblies, and fabricated insulation components.

Flexible mica plate features and advantages

Flexible mica plate has excellent high temperature resistance:
Natural Flexible mica plate temperature range: 500°C to 750°C.
Synthetic mica sheet has better temperature resistance, up to 1000°C or more.
Different raw materials will have different thickness and temperature resistance range. Please contact our sales to recommend suitable mica products for you.

Flexible mica sheets have excellent flexibility: they can adapt to complex bending and rolling operations without breaking, making them ideal for space-constrained applications.

One pack is 50kg in general. The product is sealed usually with plastic film and packed in carton. The fumigation-free pallet shall be used when exporting. Each pallet contains<1000kg or protected by metal drum.

Storage

Stored in dry and moisture-proof indoor place at room temperature, there is no service life limit.
