Silicone Fiberglass Tube made of alkali-free glass fiber braided layer as the base material and covered with high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, used for wire and cable protection in high-temperature and corrosive environments (such as motors, automobiles, aerospace, etc.).
Core structure:
- Inner layer: high-purity E-glass fiber braiding (temperature resistance > 500℃).
- Outer layer: silicone rubber coating (thickness 0.3-0.5mm, customizable).

We have used UL 1441 (standard for insulating sleeves for wires and cables), RoHS 2.0 (environmental certification), and GB/T 7113 (domestic insulating hose standard).
Core performance advantages
- High temperature resistance: continuous working temperature -60℃~+200℃, short-term temperature resistance can reach +300℃ (UL thermal aging test report is required).
- Insulation performance: volume resistivity ≥1×10¹⁴Ω·cm (ASTM D257 test data).
- Flexibility: bending radius ≤3 times the sleeve diameter (compared with PVC sleeve, it needs to be ≥5 times).
- Corrosion resistance: passed the 48h salt spray test (ASTM B117) without cracking or delamination.
- Flame retardancy: UL VW-1 vertical burning grade (compared with HB grade of ordinary silicone sleeve).
