Thin Electrical Insulation Pressboard is a thin, high‑density, cellulose‑based pressboard used for electrical insulation in transformers, motors, generators, and other electrical apparatus.
Material: Made from high‑purity unbleached sulfate softwood pulp
Structure: Dry‑formed or wet‑laid, hot‑pressed, bondless
Thickness: Typically 0.5mm to 0.8 mm
Main properties:
High dielectric strength
Good mechanical strength and flexibility
Low dielectric loss
Good compatibility with transformer oil
Thermal class A (105 °C)
