Electric Motor Winding Paper is a specialized insulation material designed for use in motor windings to ensure electrical safety and long-term reliability. It provides layer-to-layer insulation, conductor separation, and mechanical protection within stator and rotor coils.

This paper is suitable for AC, DC, and specialty industrial motors, and supports various thermal classes and operational conditions.

Core Raw Materials and Process: Refined sulfate wood pulp, with strict control over purity and ash content, manufactured on a dedicated paper machine.
Core Performance: Balanced electrical, mechanical, and impregnation properties, offering excellent value for money.

Thickness: 80μm-500μm (80±5% tolerance window)

The higher density means better oil impregnation. The stronger tensile means fewer breaks during high-speed winding. This isn't marketing - it's what comes off our production line, batch after batch.
