Transformer For DDP Oil Duct Strip

"Oil Duct Strip" is an oil channel strip (also known as oil channel strip, insulating strip, Oil Channel Strip) used inside the transformer. Its main function is to form an oil flow channel (oil duct) between the transformer coils or between the coils and the iron core to facilitate the flow of cooling oil, thereby helping the equipment to dissipate heat and maintain insulation performance.

Main functions:

• Oil channel formation: gaps are formed between winding layers or between winding and core to allow transformer oil to flow freely.
• Enhance heat dissipation: help hot oil quickly take away coil heat to prevent local overheating.
• Provide mechanical support: stabilize coil structure to prevent deformation during short circuit.
• Maintain electrical insulation: use insulating materials to ensure that the oil channel does not affect the insulation performance of the transformer.
