DMD Insulation Paper is a flexible composite insulation material consisting of the following three-layer structure:
D--Non-woven polyester fabric: Enhanced mechanical strength and improved oil absorption performance.
M--PET Film: Provides high dielectric strength and enhanced voltage resistance.
D--Polyester non-woven fabric: Protects the film, improves flexibility, and increases impregnation.
Product advantages
1/ Temperature resistance: We offer two grades, B (130°C) or F (155°C), suitable for insulation applications in medium temperature environments.
2/ High mechanical strength: The three-layer composite structure improves tear resistance and folding resistance, suitable for scenarios requiring wear resistance.
3/ Excellent electrical insulation performance: The polyester film layer in the middle layer of the product provides good voltage resistance characteristics.
4/ Good impregnation performance: The double-layer non-woven fabric structure makes the product suitable for transformer oil or insulating paint impregnation, improving durability.

A: Normally small samples can be sent free of charge and customers just need to bear a little shipping charge, or you can provide your DHL,FEDEX,EMS,UPS courier account number to us. For bigger sizes, it depends.
2.Q: How can you guarantee the quality of mass production is same with the sample sent to me before?
A: Our warehouse staff will leave another same sample in our company, with your company name marked on it, which our production will be based on.
3.Q: How can you deal with quality issues that customer feedback after receiving the goods?
1) Customers take photos of unqualified goods and then our sales staff will send them to Engineering Department to verify.
2) If the issue is confirmed, our sales staff will explain the root cause and take corrective actions in coming orders.
3) Finally, we will negotiate with our customers to make some compensation.
