Description
Aramid Paper Thermal Insulation:
A high-performance insulating material made of meta-aramid fiber or para-aramid fiber through a wet molding process. It has high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength and excellent electrical insulation. It is widely used in motors, transformers and aerospace equipment.
Note: Aramid paper is domestically produced to replace imported Nomex paper. It has the same performance as Nomex paper in all aspects, but is cheaper.

Aramid Paper Thermal Insulation Key parameters (according to IEC 60626 standard):
- Temperature resistance level: long-term 220℃ (H grade), short-term 240℃
- Dielectric strength: ≥35kV/mm (1 minute withstand voltage test)
- Thickness range: 0.05mm~0.50mm (tolerance ±0.005mm)
- Tensile strength: longitudinal ≥80N/cm (ASTM D828)
