Aramid Paper For Cable is mainly made of aramid fiber (Aramid fiber) processed into a paper-like structure through a specific process. The most famous brand is DuPont's Nomex®.

It is not "paper" in the traditional sense, but an insulating paper made of a polymer material. It looks similar to paper, but its performance is far superior to ordinary paper or wood pulp insulation paper.
