Description
AHA Insulated Paper for Motor is a three-layer high-performance electrical insulation material with a structure of Aramid Paper / Polyimide Film / Aramid Paper.
Unlike PET-based laminates, AHA uses a polyimide film core between two aramid paper layers, delivering superior thermal endurance, dielectric strength, and long-term heat aging performance under high-temperature operating conditions.
AHA insulation paper is mainly used in high-grade motors, dry-type transformers, and electrical equipment that require Class H (180°C) thermal performance or above.
Thickness: 0.15-0.25mm (Customized)
Width: 1000mm/others can be customized
Insulation class: H/Cclass (155/188 °C)
Composition: Aramid paper+Polyimide film+Aramid paper
Note: The product can be cut into tapes and reels, or customized according to customer requirements.

Product advantages
1. Better cost performance than NHN
Although the performance is the same as NHN, the price is lower and the economy is stronger, which is a cost-effective alternative to NHN
2. Excellent oil absorption and impregnation
The surface of aramid paper has a microporous structure, which helps to absorb transformer oil or insulating paint
Improve the adhesion and stability of the overall insulation layer
3. Green and environmentally friendly, support export
Halogen-free, low smoke and non-toxic, in line with RoHS / REACH environmental standards
Can cooperate with customers to provide test reports and export certification information

FAQ
1. What is the difference between AHA and NHN? Can they be replaced?
AHA and NHN are very close in terms of thermal grade and dielectric properties, and both are H-grade materials.
However, AHA uses aramid paper to replace Nomex paper in NHN, which makes the cost lower and more cost-effective. It can be completely replaced.
2. How high a voltage can AHA material withstand?
The typical dielectric strength of AHA insulating paper is 8~12kV, depending on the specific thickness and structure. Test reports can be provided as needed.
3. What are the conventional thicknesses and specifications of AHA paper?
Conventional thicknesses are: 0.13mm-0.50mm
The width can be customized according to customer needs, and the length of each roll
